This is the dedicated login portal for Xinuotongke Enterprise Management. Access is restricted to authorized administrators only.

Access Monitoring:The system automatically logs IP addresses, device information, browser fingerprints, and operation records for all access activities, with real-time synchronization to the Security Audit Center.
Permission limit:In accordance with Article 27 of the Cybersecurity Law of the People's Republic of China, login attempts using non-administrator accounts are prohibited. Unauthorized access is illegal.
Legal Risks:Pursuant to Article 285 of the Criminal Law of the People's Republic of China, regarding the crime of illegally intruding into a computer information system: violating state regulations by intruding into a computer information system shall be punished with fixed-term imprisonment of not more than three years or criminal detention if the circumstances are serious; if the circumstances are particularly serious, the punishment shall be fixed-term imprisonment of not less than three years but not more than seven years.
Data Security Law:Pursuant to Article 32 of the Data Security Law of the People's Republic of China, no individual or organization shall steal or otherwise illegally obtain data. Violators will be held criminally liable in accordance with the law.
Accountability Mechanism:When the system detects an unauthorized intrusion, it will automatically trigger a security response to preserve evidence and refer the case to judicial authorities.
