Technical Principles

Colloidal Gold Immunochromatography

High-efficiency detection method based on specific antigen-antibody reactions, combining colloidal gold labeling for rapid visual readout.

Sample Extraction

No pretreatment is required for samples like raw milk. For dairy products with complex compositions, simply dilute the sample to release target analytes into solution for direct reaction with the detection reagents.

immune response

Specific antibodies labeled with colloidal gold bind to the target analyte, forming antigen-antibody complexes that migrate forward along the nitrocellulose (NC) membrane via capillary action.

Result Interpretation

When the complex reaches the test zone, it is captured by the immobilized capture agent on the test line (T-line), triggering a color reaction. The qualitative result is then determined by visually comparing the color intensity of the test line (T-line) and the control line (C-line).

Operating Procedure

Workflow

Standard six-step method: simple and easy to understand, allowing non-professionals to master it quickly.

01
Prepare test samples

Prepare test samples

Prepare and label the test samples, then allow them to reach room temperature.

02
Retrieve detected microholes

Retrieve detected micropores

Remove the required number of microplate strips and label them for later use.

03
Add sample liquid

Add sample

Use a pipette to transfer 200 μL of the sample into the detection well.

04
Mixed Incubation

Mixed incubation

Pipette the sample and reagent up and down 5 times to mix thoroughly. Incubate at room temperature for 5 minutes.

05
Insert test strip

Insert the test strip

Fully immerse the MAX end of the test strip into the mixture and incubate at room temperature for 5 minutes.

06
Result Interpretation

Result Interpretation

Remove the test strip and interpret the result based on the color development of the control line and test line.

Takes just 10-15 minutes—no professional equipment needed.

Product Overview

This product uses colloidal gold immunochromatography to detect cyromazine and thiamethoxam residues in food, enabling rapid screening for these compounds.

Key Features

High Sensitivity: Detection limit as low as ppb level

Fast detection: results in 5-10 minutes

Easy to use: No specialized equipment required; results are readable by eye.

High accuracy: >95% agreement with HPLC method

Stable: Store at room temperature; shelf life of 18 months

Applicable Scope

Rapid screening for cyromazine and thiamethoxam in dairy products, livestock and poultry meat, aquatic products, honey, and other foods.

Detection Method

Take an appropriate sample and process it. Dip the test strip into the sample solution and read the results in 5-10 minutes. Both C and T lines appearing indicates a negative result; only the C line appearing indicates a positive result.
